This portal acts as a gateway to the Secured Transactions Registration System (StrS), a
proprietary application and technology infrastructure designed, developed and managed
by the Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka (CRIB), to facilitate secured parties
(creditors) to perfect their security rights over movable collaterals (assets), by way of
filing notices.
If you are already a registered user of the Secured Transactions Registration Authority (STRA),

If you have not yet registered with the Secured Transactions Registration Authority (STRA)
but wish to access the services of the registry as a Notary Agent
(acting on behalf of any secured party), please click the link below to register with the Authority.

STRA only accepts registration requests from licensed Notaries and Law Firms to be
onboarded as registered users of the Authority for accessing the services of StrS.
